Dear experts,
can someone tell whether there is some known issue with MPI::allreduce in
release 1.4.x that one should be aware of?
The comparison of the performances of one application with Openmpi 1.4
and Openmpi 1.10.4 shows some uge differences, that I fail to understand.
Of course, I could simply switch to 1.10.X version for Openmpi, but, one of
the clusters I am currently using supports release 1.4 only.
