Dear All,

First of all, thank you for this great tool.
Actually, I try to bind rank or process with specific core as well as memory.
But I can not do it with success, maybe I misunderstand the functions or this feature not include in API c language.
This is the issue I face.
Note:- I have subscribed by your website.
